Enquiries sent Sunday to Friday are normally answered the same working day, Nepal time. Anything that comes in on a Saturday or a public holiday is answered first thing the next working morning. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is faster than email.

Yes, as long as it is inside Nepal. We build private itineraries constantly — combinations of the routes here, longer versions, family-paced versions, and regions we do not advertise such as Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Tsum and Nar Phu. Tell us the dates, the party and roughly what you want and we will quote it.

Yes — deposits by bank transfer or card, and the balance in Kathmandu by card or cash. Card payments carry the bank's own processing charge, which we show on the invoice rather than bury in the fare.

We ticket international departures out of Kathmandu, but we do not sell the flight that brings you here — you will almost always get a better fare booking that yourself. Domestic flights inside Nepal are a different matter and are included in the journeys that need them.

Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of booking. On any trip above 3,000 m it must cover helicopter evacuation to the maximum altitude of the itinerary — 5,545 m on the Everest Base Camp route. Send us the policy number and the insurer's emergency line before you fly.
