Fares held for early bookings

Fares are per person, twin share, in Nepalese Rupees. The struck-through figure is the standard fare on the same departure once the early-bird window closes.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

01

Tell us the dates

Send an enquiry or call the Lazimpat office. We confirm availability on the departure and send a written quotation the same working day.

02

Reserve with 20%

A signed booking form and a 20% deposit hold the early-bird fare and your seat. Bank transfer, card or cash at the office.

03

We file the paperwork

Permits, TIMS cards, park entries and domestic flights are booked in your name from our office. You send a passport scan and two photos.

04

Balance in Kathmandu

Settle the remaining 80% at the trip briefing, the evening before you set off. Nothing else is due on the trail.

05

Change of plan

Move a booking to another departure free of charge up to 45 days out. Inside that, the deposit transfers against a new date within twelve months.

06

If the mountain says no

Weather, flight cancellation or a road closure forcing a route change is met with a comparable service inside Nepal at no extra cost.
